PER CURIAM.

Defendant-Appellant Dr. Jeffrey August, a doctor of podiatric medicine, appeals his conviction and sentence for possession with intent to distribute controlled substances and unlawful failure to maintain records regarding controlled substance. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm both his conviction and sentence.
