VICTORY, Judge.

This case arose from a minor accident which occurred when law enforcement officers stopped an automobile in order to search for illegal drugs. The driver of the automobile sustained injuries and property damage when his car rolled into one of the officers' vehicles. The driver recovered damages against the state, and the state now appeals. We affirm.
