OPINION

PICKARD, Judge.

This case involves the validity of an affidavit filed in support of a search warrant. Defendant entered a no-contest plea to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, reserving the right to appeal the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress. The sole issue on appeal is whether the trial court erred in refusing to suppress evidence because the affidavit, which reiterated the allegations of an unnamed police informant...
