This appellate procedure involves an interlocutory appeal from a temporary injunction which was granted by the 75th Judicial District Court of Liberty County. The appellees, named above, are farmers on the Devers Canal System. These farmers sued the appellants, named above, who are the new owner or owners of the canal system.
