A jury found defendant guilty of sexual abuse in the first degree, § 566.100,1 and he was sentenced to three years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals, and that appeal is No. 16963. After the trial, defendant filed a motion for relief under Rule 29.15, and the trial court denied the motion. Defendant appeals from that ruling, and that appeal is No. 17527.
