Jeffrey and Patricia Albers pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute cocaine and marijuana, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846, and to money laundering, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956, and were sentenced to 70 months and 18 months imprisonment, respectively.
