This case requires us to address the scope of a federally-created receiver's power to exercise its statutory powers free of judicial interference. We conclude that under 12 U.S.C. § 1821(j), a federal court lacks jurisdiction to enjoin the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), acting in its role as receiver for a banking institution, from attaching a certificate of deposit in which the banking institution holds...
