Beale, Director of the Special Fund (hereinafter "Special Fund"), must reimburse appellant, Pennwalt Corporation (now Atochem North America, Inc.), (hereinafter "Pennwalt"), for one-half of any benefits previously paid by Pennwalt to Hurst.
