Defendant, Marvin C. Love, was convicted of aggravated battery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:34. He was sentenced to three years at hard labor, which sentence was suspended, and he was placed on three years supervised probation. Defendant now appeals his conviction, alleging two assignments of error.
