The Court, having already passed upon the contribution issue raised in this case, has stated that, in the event the settlement agreement between the Patriot's Point Development Authority — ("the Authority") — and the Plaintiffs is approved, it will enter an order — ("Bar Order") — barring the Non-Settling Defendants from asserting claims against the Authority for contribution or indemnity
