Appellant, Kenneth E. Key (hereinafter "Kenneth"), defendant below, was convicted by a Campbell Circuit Court jury on January 28, 1991, of assault in the second degree, wanton endangerment in the first degree, criminal mischief third degree, and persistent felony offender second degree.
