Defendant, Louis F. Aitken, M.D. (hereinafter "Dr. Aitken"), appeals from the October 30, 1990, order of the circuit court of St. Clair County granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiff, Landmark Trust Company, executor under the last will and testament of Earl T. Aitken, deceased (hereinafter "the Executor"), and denying Dr. Aitken's cross-motion for summary judgment.
