(Vermilion) and its worker's compensation insurer, United States Fire Insurance Company (USFIC), appeal an award of weekly benefits, attorney's fees, and penalties in favor of an injured employee. The worker's compensation hearing officer found that the claimant, Lester Harris, was not entitled to additional medical testing, and was not disabled.
