KLEES, Judge.

Defendant, Schwegmann Giant Supermarkets, Inc. [hereinafter "Schwegmann"], appeals the trial court's judgment awarding plaintiffs Malcolm and Johnnie Mae Keller damages for malicious prosecution. We reverse.
