OPINION

BENCH, Presiding Judge:

Defendant Dayton Belgard appeals his conviction by bench trial for possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person, a third degree felony under Utah Code Ann. § 76-10-503(2) (1990). We affirm.

Belgard asserts that the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a handgun found in his possession. We previously affirmed defendant's conviction because he failed to object to the admission of the gun at trial...
