STEWART Justice.

Juan Garcia appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress oral confession and evidence. After the trial court denied his motion, appellant pleaded guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Pursuant to a pleabargain agreement, the trial court assessed punishment at fifteen years' confinement and a $1000 fine.
