This is an appeal of convictions for possessing marijuana with intent to distribute and conspiring to do so. Ricky Ramirez and José Garcia appeal their convictions but not their sentences. José Cantu-Cantu appeals from both his conviction and his sentence. The fourth appellant, Alfredo Garcia, appeals only from his sentence.
