Deryl Bargery appeals from his conviction of the crime of manslaughter. He contends that the finding of guilt is not supported by the evidence, and that the trial court erred in allowing certain statements of the deceased to be introduced as a dying declaration, and in excluding testimony of appellant as to his personal knowledge of the violent propensities of the victim. We find no error and affirm.
