The plaintiffs, Walter Power and Margaret Power, appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) affirming the decisions of the Shapleigh Board of Appeals (Board). They contend that the Board erred in denying their application for building permits to construct two single-family dwellings and in denying their request for variances from the 80,000-square-foot minimum lot size required for such construction...
