(Ambassador) appeals from the grant of summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees Indiana National Bank (INB) and First Union National Bank (First Union) (collectively referred to as Banks), from a complaint alleging wrongful payment and charging of its account on three checks bearing forged endorsements.
