Tony White appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), and possession of a firearm during the commission of a drug trafficking offense, 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1). White argues that he is entitled to a new trial because the prosecutor improperly referred to his Jamaican nationality during closing argument, and that the government's proof he possessed a small amount of cocaine when arrested...
