The issue before us on this certiorari review is whether the Court of Civil Appeals erred in affirming the trial court's judgment based on a holding that the wife had offered no evidence that her antenuptial agreement was the product of duress, even though she had testified that when she signed it she was pregnant and had been told by the husband, the father of her unborn child, that he would not marry her unless she signed the agreement.
