The plaintiff, Perry Lamb, appeals an order of summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Franklin County, Perkins, J.) in favor of the defendants, Town of New Sharon (Town) and Franklin County (County), thereby dismissing Lamb's request for an injunction ordering the County to repair at the Town's expense a road that traversed Lamb's property.
