Cleveland Ed George was indicted for the offense of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance in violation of § 13A-12-211, Code of Alabama 1975. The jury found George guilty as charged in the indictment, and he was sentenced to two years in the penitentiary plus an additional five years because the sale of a controlled substance occurred within three miles of a school.
