VICTORY, Judge.

Plaintiff, former police Lieutenant Patrick N. Pearson, appeals a decision by the trial court which affirmed a ruling by the Municipal Fire & Police Civil Service Board for the City of Shreveport denying his request to withdraw his previously submitted letter of retirement, which Pearson claimed he was coerced into signing. We affirm.
