The state appeals the trial court's non-final order which granted appellee E.W.'s motion to suppress in the delinquency proceedings below. On the authority of In re T.K., a child, 569 So.2d 943 (Fla. 4th DCA 1990), we chose to treat the state's notice of appeal as a petition for a writ of certiorari, which we grant.
