Tyskie Tyrone Ross was indicted for first degree murder, a violation of La.R.S. 14:30(A)(1). He pled not guilty and, after trial by jury, was convicted as charged. Following the conviction, the trial court denied defendant's motion for new trial and motion for post verdict judgment of acquittal.
