Respondent Bernardo Granillo, Sr. ("Granillo") was insured by appellant Federated American Insurance Company ("Federated"). Federated offered to insure Granillo at a lower rate if his son, respondent Bernardo Granillo, Jr. ("Bernardo"), was excluded from coverage.
