CLIFFORD, Justice.

Plaintiffs, four doctors who practice emergency medicine, appeal from a summary judgment entered by the Superior Court (Penobscot County, Pierson, J.) in favor of Defendant Eastern Maine Medical Center (EMMC). The doctors contend that the court erred in entering summary judgment for EMMC, and argue that they are entitled to a judgment as a matter of law because EMMC breached its contract with them.
