BELSON, Senior Judge:

A jury convicted appellant Dennis P. Sobin of keeping a disorderly house, in violation of D.C.Code § 22-2722 (1989). The trial court sentenced him to 180 days in prison and fined him $500.00. Sobin challenges his conviction on the grounds that (1) the trial court erred in refusing to grant his motion for mistrial based on a juror's bizarre behavior prior to deliberations; and (2) he was deprived of his Sixth Amendment right to a public trial...
