Mark Weaver and Citizens Against Pornography, Inc. (CAP) challenge a summary judgment rendered in favor of Aids Services of Austin, Inc. (ASA) in which the trial court ruled that ASA was not a state actor when it excluded Weaver from its "safersex" workshops.
