605 So.2d 1025 (1992)

Michael BARYCHKO, Petitioner, v. Nick NAVARRO, Sheriff of Broward County, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

October 16, 1992.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Edward M. Kay, P.A., Fort Lauderdale, and Larry Klein of Klein & Walsh, P.A., West Palm Beach, for petitioner.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and John Tiedemann, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for respondent.

PER CURIAM.

We grant the petition for a writ of habeas corpus. There is no evidence in the record to support a finding that petitioner is a threat to the community or that appropriate conditions of bail cannot be devised. The trial court shall forthwith hold a hearing to determine reasonable conditions for bail and set bail in a reasonable amount. See State v. Arthur, 390 So.2d 717 (Fla. 1980); Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.131(a).
