On August 15, 1991, the trial court ordered the Appellee working interest owners, Marilyn Bellet, Ruth Levanthal, Audrey Merves, and the estate of Victor Roberts, to pay the oil well operator Jack Grynberg, Appellant, their proportionate shares of the oil well operation costs from November 1982 through December 1985.
