This matter is before the court on plaintiff's motion for approval of attorney fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b)(1) (Doc. 17). Plaintiff seeks an order approving fees in the amount of $4,578.75, which equals 25% of the retroactive benefits due plaintiff.
