Brown and Williamson Tobacco Corporation ("the Company") appeal the district court's1 entry of judgment in favor of the Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers Local Union Number 362-T, AFL-CIO-CLC ("the Union"). We affirm.

This dispute stems from an arbitration dispute between the Union and the Company over the terms of the Company's health care plan for its employees...
