OPINION

DRAUGHN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for delivery of a controlled substance. The jury found appellant guilty and assessed punishment at 25 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. In his sole point of error, appellant argues that the trial court erred by swearing in a jury panel where the State racially exercised its peremptory challenges to exclude all the black venirepersons.
