The defendant appeals from the trial court's judgment setting aside a verdict awarding the plaintiff $866 in damages. The trial court, after concluding that the award was inadequate, ordered that the verdict be set aside and a new trial conducted on the issue of damages unless the defendant filed an additur of $10,634.
