OPINION

PER CURIAM:

Appellants Donald and Nancy Jackson ("Jacksons") sought insurance coverage for structural damage to their home. Because State Farm Fire and Casualty Company ("State Farm") denied their claim, the Jacksons brought this action. The district court, however, granted State Farm summary judgment. For the reasons discussed herein, we reverse and remand this matter.
