First, attorney Malcolm Ziegler and the law firm of Baldwin & Haspel appeal the trial court's award of damages for legal malpractice in the amount of $21,036.21 plus attorneys's fees to plaintiffs Surjit Sethi and his wife, Kaval Kaur Chandhok.
