This is an automobile accident case. The plaintiff, William Francis, was injured on March 31, 1988 while working as an automobile detailer at Lake Charles Nissan. At the time, Francis was employed by Ultra Seal of Louisiana and was apparently working at the dealership by virtue of a contractual relationship between his employer and Lake Charles Nissan.
