For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Gilliam v. K-Mart Corporation, 594 So.2d 1021 (La.App. 3 Cir.1992), No. 90-746 on the docket of this Court, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the demands of the plaintiff are dismissed, with prejudice.
