GUIDRY, Judge.

Defendant, Tony Emil Love, appeals his convictions and sentences on one count of public intimidation, a violation of La.R.S. 14:122, and one count of simple battery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:35. Defendant was sentenced to five years at hard labor as a habitual offender pursuant to La.R.S. 15:529.1 on the public intimidation conviction. He was sentenced to six months in the parish jail on the simple battery conviction. The sentences were set concurrently...
