Plaintiff, Ronald Marshall, filed suit alleging that defendant, Taylor-Wharton Company, defectively manufactured and designed a tractor-trailer which rolled over causing plaintiff severe injuries. After trial, the jury awarded plaintiff an $8.2 million verdict. Defendant appealed.
