Justice HAASE delivered the opinion of the Court.

A jury convicted the defendant, James Singletary, of two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1987, ch. 56 1/2, pars. 1401(a)(2), 1401(b)(2)). The trial court subsequently sentenced him to concurrent terms of six years on one count and four years on the other count. The defendant appeals.
