HAYS, Justice.

The appellant, Jimmy Lee Jarrett, was convicted of first degree battery and rape of Earl Easom. The jury imposed consecutive sentences of twenty years and life imprisonment, respectively. Jarretts' sole point of error on appeal is that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of prior bad acts. Finding no abuse of discretion by the trial court, we affirm the judgment.
