FENNER, Judge.

Jordan B. Smith appeals his convictions for second degree arson and second degree burglary.

On appeal, Smith does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence to support his convictions. Suffice it to say that the evidence adduced at trial revealed that Smith, apparently disgruntled with the church which he had attended, broke into the church; called 911 and informed the dispatcher that he was armed and would kill anyone who interfered with...
