Leon Winn appeals from his conviction of two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) and § 924(e)(1) (1988). Winn argues that he should have been indicted for only one offense because his simultaneous possession of more than one gun is only one crime.
