Movant Barry Thurlo appeals from a denial, without evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 24.0351 motion seeking to vacate a judgment and sentence based on a plea of guilty to two charges of burglary in the second degree and a separate judgment and sentence on a plea of guilty to charges of burglary in the second degree and stealing more than $150, the two sentences to run consecutively for a total of 10 years.
