Norman C. Lippitt has filed a motion to lift stay for the purpose of pursuing a foreclosure on a second mortgage he holds on Mrs. Rochkind's residence. In an order entered on June 6, 1991, the Court denied the motion on the ground that the mortgage had been obtained by duress and was therefore not enforceable. In re Rochkind, 128 B.R. 520
