The plaintiff, Francis Long, appeals the Superior Court's (Dickson, J.) decision granting the defendants' motion for summary judgment in the plaintiff's action in tort for abuse of process. The defendants are Helen Long, the plaintiff's ex-wife; Joseph Rubino, Helen's son; and C. Jeanne MacLennan.
